Job Description

Job Tittle: Senior Recruiter

Role Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates use various search methods (top 34 platforms used) to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
  • Conduct internal assessments prescreening grammar initial and second interviews.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Manage the overall interview and selection process.
  • Keep candidates warm by providing updates on job postings.
  • Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Define job description and document specifications.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to the clients
  • Build longterm client relationships.
  • Develop a sustainable candidatelead strategy.
  • Coordinate with Operations Manager for projects updates and reports
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Requirements
  • 4 or more years of recruiting experience in endtoend recruitment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable making decisions independently.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
