About the Role:

As a Software Engineer / Architect (Microsoft Power Apps) youll play a crucial role in designing developing and maintaining a wide range of applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. Youll collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into efficient scalable solutions. Your expertise will empower the organization to streamline processes automate workflows and enhance datadriven decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Power Apps solutions: Create custom applications dashboards and portals tailored to specific business requirements.
• Architect scalable solutions: Design and implement robust architectures that ensure the performance security and maintainability of Power Apps applications.
• Integrate with other systems: Connect Power Apps with other Microsoft services (e.g. Dynamics 365 SharePoint) and external systems using APIs and connectors.
• Automate workflows: Leverage Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Analyze and visualize data: Utilize Power BI to create interactive reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights.
• Provide technical guidance: Mentor and support other team members on Power Platform best practices and development techniques.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience:
  • A strong foundation in computer science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with data modelling integration and visualization using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum).
• Technical Skills:
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform architecture and components.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps formulas expressions and controls.
  • Experience with data sources and connectors (e.g. SharePoint SQL Server Dataverse).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript HTML and CSS for customization.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
