1) Inbound calls Attend to customer call and act accordingly (sales / service /enquiry)
2) Outbound calls Feedback collection from customer against our service job done (Installation Warranty service & Complaints)
3) Mail activity Mail to dealers against any complaint Or low rating reported during feedback calls
4) Data preparation Maintain calling remarks DMS software related work report fetching and other activities.
5) NPS Net promotor score Feedback collection report analysis & act as per call center job instructions.
6) Miscellaneous work related team work.
