Location: Preston
Salary: 25950 basic per annum up to 33450 including OTE
Working Hours: Fulltime average 5day week 8:30 18:00 with every other Saturday off

About the Role:

As a Handover Specialist youll provide a tailored handover experience to each customer ensuring a comprehensive introduction to their vehicles specifications and features. Youll be instrumental in delivering the highest level of customer care and satisfaction by:

• Offering a personalised and continuous dialogue with customers.

• Working closely with a team to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Handling timely and accurate communications up to and during vehicle delivery

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a corporate environment hospitality or customer service.

• Must hold a full clean UK Driving Licence.
