Tasks

The role

Youll be the bridge between our development team and our user base with the ability to align software engineering and business needs.

Your responsibilities:

• Understanding User Needs: uncover user pain points & opportunities. Talk proactively and directly to customers.
• Roadmap Architect: Prioritizing features defining product requirements and crafting the roadmap for future iterations.
• Prioritizing for Success: Analyzing data and user feedback to determine what matters most for our products evolution.
• Usability Focus: Ensuring our B2B software feels as intuitive and enjoyable as any consumer app.
• EndtoEnd Ownership: Youll be responsible for a product from conception to launch and beyond measuring success and iterating based on results.
• Collaborative Spirit: Partner with product owners engineers & marketing to bring your vision to life.

Requirements

• Has 3 years of experience as a successful Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment managing products from conception to launch and ongoing development.
• Possesses a deep understanding of usercentered design principles.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and excels at communication.
• Is datadriven and comfortable making decisions based on insights.
• Has a passion for software and a desire to make it more userfriendly.
• Has an eye for UX/UI design and detail.
• Knows how to conduct customer interviews and read between the lines.
• Knows how to motivate development teams and express ideas.
• Has strong organizational analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Has a passion for innovation and problemsolving.
• Experience in manufacturing is a big plus.
