Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Beirut. In this role, you will work closely with the Analysis and Process Automation Lead to develop and implement software solutions for process automation, analysis, business intelligence, reporting, and more. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing best practices for process engineering and digitization, and ensuring the quality and sustainability of our projects.

You Will

• Analyze project needs and available tools and technologies in consultation with the Analysis and Process Automation Lead.
• Initiate discussions with stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of project specifications and objectives.
• Prepare detailed project plans, including software solution design, development, testing, and training.
• Guide, advise, design, and implement best practices for process engineering and digitization.
• Perform quality control on implemented processes and reports.
• Participate in software development and coordinate with other software engineers.
• Design and develop business intelligence dashboards using the best available tools.
• Take into consideration internal rules and regulations, international standards, and strategic objectives in all project design and implementation.
• Assist in setting up maintenance and continuity procedures to ensure project sustainability.
• Coordinate with the Analysis and Process Automation Lead and provide regular updates.

To Be Successful in The Role You Will Need

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience in architecture and design of process automation and engineering using best practices.
• Proven experience with business intelligence tools and reporting frameworks.
• Proven experience with MS SQL Server 2012 or Oracle Database.
• Proven experience with programming languages such as JAVA or .NET frameworks for Back End.
• Proven experience with programming languages such as Angular or ReactJS frameworks for Front End.
• Proven experience with data visualization tools.
