RESPONSIBILITIES • Gather and analyze business requirements related to digital marketing initiatives for our flag carrier client including campaign management customer segmentation and personalization • Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional and interface specifications as well as non-functional requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility • Prepare comprehensive test cases and support the digital marketing team in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and usability of software solutions • Lead and mentor other business analysts as part of a distributed team fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive successful project outcomes • Serve as a primary point of contact for the digital marketing team addressing inquiries, analyzing issues and facilitating communication with project teams to drive resolution and ensure client satisfaction • Utilize your strong communication skills to present findings, consult with stakeholders and negotiate solutions, driving consensus and alignment on project requirements and deliverables • Actively participate in the development and implementation of solutions with user story creation, team coordination, project scope tracking and managing requirements • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and marketing cloud technologies providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes
