Candidate must have minimum 10 years experience in a similar role working for a reputable company based in Canada.
Target Commodities: Oilseeds Beans & Pulses Grains and Animal Feed.
The candidate must have his network & good working relationship with local suppliers. & exporters.
Purchase Model: On FOB basis with flexible payment terms to the suppliers.
We are not interested in setting up our own origination in the short term but will be open for that at an opportune time.
Fluency in French will be preferred.

1. Procurement of packing and other materials should be done maintaining cost efficiency/
quality by proper planning and price negotiation.
2. To ensure that the quality check is done on each consignment lot and records are
maintained of materials onloaded/ offloaded in trucks.
3. Ensure commodity procured is at the best possible rates.
4. Target Commodities: Oilseeds Beans & Pulses Grains and Animal Feed.
5. Responsible for all the warehouse procurement and operation activities in the region
6. Vendor Management: Maintain relationship with cleaning vendors cha freight
forwarders labor contractors and other vendors
7. Purchase Model: On FOB basis with flexible payment terms to the suppliers
8. Documentation: Ensuring documentation is completed at every stage in a timely manner
9. Logistics: Arranging containers as per booking done by the logistic team

10. Desired Candidate: Has fluency in French
