Responsibilities
Managing the team of Brokerhelpdesk
Ensuring resolution of Dist. queries/ grievances within agreed TAT
Solving queries through email or calls
Ensure data and trackers are maintained
Reporting
Qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate
Should be aware of the mutual fund practices SEBI regulations & compliance
Skills required
Excellent Oral and written communication skills
Advanced excel knowledge and experience
working knowledge in powerpoint presentations
Adaptable Team Player
