You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailKey accountabilities for the role include: • Perform department support functions such as email monitoring, work schedule preparation, check sheet printing, label printing, documentation and filing. • Receive updated Information and instructions from the Operations Standards Department and communicate to the shop floor team. • Coordinate with operations control centre to receive updates, changes and communicate to shop floor team. • Monitor staff attendance and submit documents to operations adminitration team for further processing. • Communicate information related to alerts, notices and memos to the department staff. • Support department leadership to prepare reports for internal meetings. • Raise store requistion to request materials from QACC stores to ensure availbility of all required stationery items for operational use. • Ensure proper maintenance of all office equipment and performs inventory of office and shop floor tools such as scanners, temperature guns, iPads, Phones etc. • Ensure availability of washed chiller jackets, issuance to the applicable staff, collection of soi;ed jackets and return to the laundry for washing. • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head if the Department.
