Job Description

Overview

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization through identification and acquisition of new business opportunities. This role is vital in expanding the company s customer base fostering strong relationships with potential clients and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Attend networking events to represent the company and generate leads
  • Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and events
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines
  • Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met
  • Track and report on business development activities
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns services and distribution channels
  • Assist in the development of marketing plans
  • Set and achieve growthoriented sales targets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent networking and relationshipbuilding abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of market research and sales forecasting
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Selfmotivated and resultoriented
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Proven track record of successful business development
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
