You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailbusiness. • Provide quotations and estimates within the time frame • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with these key customers. • Ensure sales of spare parts and attachments to customers. • Handling customers phone, fax and email enquiries while based in the sales office with full accuracy as much as possible. • Attend to customers when counter is busy or in the absence of counter staff. • Diplomatically handle customers’ complaints in a friendly, pleasing and personal manner. • Perform other duties as assigned by the inline supervisor/Manager. • Ensure proper and accurate filing of parts related documentation.
