You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResponsibilities: • Manage properties owned by Qatar Airways outside Qatar including tenancy matters, maintenance, landlords, capex requests, property sale, working with local agents, FM companies, service providers, and legal / tax advisors. • Perform market research and buy-vs-lease analysis , including study the market, future potential, accessibility, best use, restrictions / laws and provide management with recommendations to pursue or decline potential investment opportunities, with supportive conclusions based on decision factors considered. • Maintain continuous improvement in processes to enable all round project development and portfolio management. Qualifications About you You will possess: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Minimum 6 years job related experience • Project planning and project management skills • Experience in Real estate, Investment analysis, M&A, Business Finance and related fields • Exposure to foreign markets, foreign investments and real estate • Arabic language is a plus Application Guidelines Employees must submit applications through internal vacancies portal (via GEMS) only.
