Join our team at Real Cosmetics Company as a Medical Sales Representative. In this role, you'll drive the growth of our medical cosmetics sales by fostering client relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Present and promote our medications to pharmacies and relevant healthcare professionals.
• Cultivate strong business relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Stay updated on medical field developments to inform business strategies.
• Analyze sales statistics, determine sales potential, and manage inventory.
• Provide regular reports on activities, customer responses, and business potential.
• Maintain accurate records, including accounts, invoices, and sales planning.
• Creating a solid sales plan for the pharmacy market requires understanding both the industry landscape and effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical sales.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, conversation).
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
• Strong selling, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and own a car.
