  We re committed to supporting companies sustained growth and ultimately Japans economic growth. We do so by offering recruitment management systems and employment support systems which provide assistance from successful hiring to employee retention and engagement.

  Realizing Consultation through the Original System

  We dont consider the use of the systems; its not just about using a tool. We believe that by effectively hiring many talented individuals and ensuring their retention the need for hiring to begin with will decrease significantly.

  Furthermore we view tasks that dont necessarily require human intervention as well as themes related to labor efficiency and productivity improvement through means like robots AI and HR tech as part of our work.

  We involve using technology such as AI big data robots etc. to streamline and improve recruitment and HRrelated tasks. We carries out over 200 enhancement developments inhouse every year. We have also collaborated with a company in the United States to release a function for remote video interviews. Additionally we have developed applications to simplify and streamline the complex task of shift management and robots for automating communication with job applicants. Our aim is to continually develop functions that enhance efficiency and quality.

  About the media

  It is a parttime job search site that focuses on service industry companies such as restaurants and retailers. As of January 30 2024 we have posted over 70000 job listings nationwide.

  Challenges and Rewards

  You will be able to contribute to the growth of a product from the launch of a new business. There are opportunities to be involved in planning and proposing. Your ideas may be reflected in the product leading to potential achievements. You will be involved in the operation of a matchingtype site for customers (job seekers) and clients (jobseeking companies).     • Experience in client work is possible even without inhouse experience

Conditions / Benefits

Employment system: Full time

Location : Nihonbashi Chuoku Tokyo

Annual Salary:JPY

*The amount will be determined upon consultation taking experience and other factors into consideration.

*Salary increase : twice a year

*Bonus : 2 times a year in principle (June December) *Overtime allowance is provided separately.

Hours : 9:00 17:45 (include 60 min break)

• Remote work: Most employees work remotely. However there are cases in which employees are required to come to the office depending on their position and duties.
• Average overtime hours: Depends on the situation but the entire department works about 15 to 20 hours per month. When responding to releases there may be irregular work hours such as at night.

• Two days off per week (Sat. and Sun)
