On the other hand Japans population has been in a declining trend since its peak in 2011. As the workingage population continues to shrink the inclusion of previously untapped labor resources such as housewives and senior citizens has led to an overall increase in Japans workforce.
Issues related to hiring and employment particularly in the context of nonregular employees are essential themes that must be addressed for the sake of Japans economic growth.

You will be able to contribute to the growth of a product from the launch of a new business. There are opportunities to be involved in planning and proposing. Your ideas may be reflected in the product leading to potential achievements. You will be involved in the operation of a matchingtype site for customers (job seekers) and clients (jobseeking companies). You can gain experience on both the consumer (toC) and business (toB) sides.
