Position:LatAm: Sales Representative
Working Hours: Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday in the Eastern time zone.
Salary Range: $1300 $1800 USD
Type of contract: Independent contractor

Scope of the Role

As a Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by driving sales and promoting our engineering services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment utilizing your sales expertise to capitalize on provided leads and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Follow Sales Script: Effectively communicate with potential clients according to provided sales scripts to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitors and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on sales activities progress and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales preferably in industries such as insurance automotive real estate or solar sales.
CRM Tools: Proficiency with CRM software tools such as Salesforce to manage leads opportunities and client interactions effectively.
