Position: Community Manager
Salary Range: $2000 USD/mo
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM PST
Location: Remote LATAM only
Type of contract: Independent Contractor

Our client in the DeFi industry is seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Manager. This role involves creating and maintaining an engaged community fostering longterm engagement and assisting in business development by reaching out to projects and initiating strategic partnerships.

Our client in the DeFi industry is seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Manager. This role involves creating and maintaining an engaged community fostering longterm engagement and assisting in business development by reaching out to projects and initiating strategic partnerships.
Must have:
- Proven experience in community management preferably in cryptocurrency or DeFi.
- Experience with social media platforms particularly Twitter and Discord.
- Ability to create engaging content and manage community events.
- Experience running giveaway promo campaigns is a plus.
- Business development or partnership experience is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Duties and responsibilities
Community Engagement:
- Lead communitybuilding efforts on Discord and other platforms.
- Develop and share educational content on liquid staking and DeFi in collaboration with the design and marketing team.
- Collect and act on community feedback through surveys.
Influencer and Partner Collaboration:
- Identify and collaborate with key influencers for live AMAs and Q&A sessions.
- Work with partner companies to cohost events and webinars.
Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to create engaging graphics videos and promotional materials.
- Regularly update the community with news and highlights.
