Job Description
We are a recruitment company based in Colombo Sri Lanka and we are currently looking for a for Assistant Manager Maintenance one of the most trusted engineering companies in Sri Lanka.

- Manage and supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure the smooth functioning of all equipment and machinery.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address and resolve maintenancerelated issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor and manage maintenance supplies and inventory to ensure the availability of necessary parts and tools for efficient operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures equipment and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a maintenance team.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities to address and resolve maintenance issues effectively.
