Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic attention to detail and a proven track record of operating a forklift in a safe and efficient manner. This is a fulltime position with 40 hours per week and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Operate forklift to move and stack materials in a safe and efficient manner

Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas

Inspect forklift for any defects or issues and report to supervisor

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow

Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid forklift certification

Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Good communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Basic computer skills
