Main Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Respond to emails and other digital queries and correspondence
- Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets
- Use word processing and presentation software to create and edit documents
- Compile and summarize information for reports or presentations
- Pursue and collect outstanding debt on an individual client basis
- Work with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations
- Basic accounting duties involving receipt of payments and issuing of statements electronically
- Work in tandem with Director and General Manager as per requirements
What skills do you need
- O level standard of education
- 1 year administrative work experience
- Able to speak fluent English. Maltese also considered an asset
- Able to be discrete and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Be organized and able to multitask
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
