Architect Engineer

- Responsibilities

Develop designs and plans that align with client requirements.

Prepare design, specifications, technical, and construction drawings.

Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Revit, utilizing BIM technology for effective development and coordination of architectural models and drawings.

Create technical details and specifications for architectural elements, materials, and finishes, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.

Work closely with project managers, designers, and engineers to facilitate communication and coordination throughout all project phases.

Engage with clients to comprehend their vision, requirements, and feedback, providing

proactive design solutions.

- Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or equivalent) is required.

Revit software is a must.

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction principles, building systems, and materials.

Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural design.

BIM Experience is a plus.
