Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and customeroriented GermanSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our onsite team in Athens. In this role you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to advance their careers in the ecommerce industry and contribute to a thriving company.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service through phone email and live chat to our Germanspeaking customers addressing their inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Product Expertise: Gain a thorough understanding of our ecommerce products and services to assist customers with their needs and provide accurate relevant information.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude and a solutionoriented approach ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders tracking shipments processing returns and handling refunds to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including Sales Marketing and Technical Support to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer service experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and product knowledge to effectively support and inform customers.
  • Training Participation: Engage in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and ecommerce.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in German (C1 level) and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) are essential.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to address customer inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Team Player: A collaborative attitude and willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or the ecommerce industry is a plus but not required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
