Role Overview:

We are seeking a committed and customerfocused GermanSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our onsite team in Athens. In this role you will provide topnotch customer service manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is perfect for individuals who are eager to advance their careers in the ecommerce sector and contribute to a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service via phone email and live chat to our Germanspeaking customers addressing their inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of our ecommerce products and services to assist customers effectively and provide accurate relevant information.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and solutionoriented approach ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders tracking shipments processing returns and managing refunds to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including Sales Marketing and Technical Support to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer service experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and product knowledge to effectively support and inform customers.
  • Training Participation: Engage in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and ecommerce.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (C1 level) and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) are required.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A genuine passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to effectively address customer inquiries and issues.
  • Team Player: A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or the ecommerce industry is a plus but not essential. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
