Associate Trading Analyst

Job Title: Associate Trading Analyst
Location: Juno Beach FL (100% onsite)

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 6 months with possible extensions

Work Authorization: Any (candidate must be authorized to work in the US)

Seniority Level: Mid
Earliest Start Date: ASAP

Musthave skills: 2 y of exp with trading transactions; exp with SOX Application; SQL; Power BI; Profit and Loss pricing information
PREFERRED: energy exp.

Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.

Requirements:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Juno Beach FL (required);
Experience with trading and handling transactions. (2 years)
Experience in working with SOX (SarbanesOxley) compliance applications.
Experience in SQL for database querying and data analysis.
Experience in using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Experience in profit and loss statements and experience with pricing information relevant to trading activities.

Preferred:
Experience with advanced data analytics and interpretation in a trading context.
Experience in financial markets and trading strategies.
Experience with other regulatory compliance standards and applications besides SOX.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Enter trades into SOX Application and executes the endofday recaps and reports.
Verify Positions monitors daily Value at Risk and other risk related measures.
Reconcile broker and other external statements associated with transaction.
Need to provide management with daily Profit and Loss and pricing information.
Need to handle Electronic Funds Sources and other clearing transactions.
Support the development and execution as need for the trade capture platform in close collaboration with IT Team.
Adhoc reports development using SQL & Power BI
