Job Description

Ayush Certified Chemist GMP Manufacturing and Licensing Technician

Job Overview:

Job Summary: We are seeking an Ayush certified chemist to join our team as a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) manufacturing and licensing technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards overseeing manufacturing processes and obtaining necessary licenses for the production of Ayurvedic Yoga & Naturopathy Unani Siddha and Homeopathy (AYUSH) products.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with GMP regulations throughout the manufacturing process of AYUSH products.

Oversee and manage manufacturing operations including formulation mixing blending and packaging processes.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes to ensure quality safety and consistency.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including production quality control and regulatory affairs to address any compliance issues and implement corrective actions.

Liaise with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary licenses permits and certifications for manufacturing and distribution of AYUSH products.

Maintain accurate documentation and records related to manufacturing processes quality control and regulatory compliance.

Stay updated on changes in regulations guidelines and industry standards related to AYUSH products and GMP manufacturing practices.

Provide training and guidance to manufacturing staff on GMP compliance quality assurance practices and safety protocols.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

Ayush certification or equivalent qualification in traditional medicine systems such as Ayurveda Yoga & Naturopathy Unani Siddha or Homeopathy.

Certification in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements for AYUSH products.

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferably in the pharmaceutical nutraceutical or herbal medicine industry.

Strong understanding of chemical processes formulation techniques and quality control methods.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment.

Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Familiarity with licensing procedures regulatory submissions and interactions with regulatory agencies.

Ability to prioritize workload manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Bachelors degree or higher in Chemistry Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field from a recognized institution.
