* hybrid role; contractor will need to be onsite 34 days/week in Houston TX
* person will help build a system to scan RFIDs QR Codes and other IDs on the equipment while renting
Skills MustHaves:
* 5 years of professional experience
* project and program management experience
* solid change management experience
* regulatory change background
* energy trading industry experience
Nice to Have Skills:
* Bachelors Degree
* PMP certification
* other relevant certifications
** experience of Dodd Frank and Shell T&S is ideal **
