Job Responsibilities
To plan and manage all the activities of Quality Control Department.
To assure the quality of all the products manufactured by the company.
To coordinate with manufacturing department in controlling their process and products at every
stage of manufacturing to meet the established specifications through testing auditing and
reporting.
Method development for Standardization of Herbal extracts and Nutraceutical Products like Tablets
Capsules and granules by HPTLC HPLC and other techniques and to validate analytical methods as
per standard guidelines.
Knowledge of WHO ICH guidelines pharmacopoeias GMP & GLP practices.
Preparation of Stability study protocol analysis of stability samples and maintaining stability analysis
summary reports as per ICH Guidelines
Preparation and documentation of SOP Specifications and STP for raw materials packing materials
& finished products.
Hands on experience with operation and calibration of sophisticated instruments such as ICPMS
ICPOES HPLC HPTLC UV Spectrophotometer Karl Fischer GC GCMS Micro etc.
Develop cleaning method validation protocol.
Develop Analytical Method Validation Protocol
Manage and perform internal audits
Capable of performing qualification of equipment.
Knowledge of preparation of APR.
Identify resource and skill gaps and recruit staff as required and effectively outsource projects as
needed
