Job Description
Job Title:Supplier Quality Lead
Location:Plymouth MN (Onsite)
Are you a qualitydriven professional with a knack for supplier performance and process optimization Were looking for a Supplier Quality Lead to drive supplier and part qualification for Vasper Products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supplier and part qualification processes.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and develop quality processes.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments.
- Drive supplier improvement via SQIP.
- Collaborate with R&D and design engineers on component designs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and report supplier metrics.
Required Skills:
- Experience in supplier quality engineering.
- Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies (CPK APQP Process Capability Statistics).
- Knowledge of QSIT.
- Expertise in electromechanical and stent commodities.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to influence and lead crossfunctional teams.
