Overview:
The International Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in identifying developing and maintaining international business opportunities within the BIM and Digital Engineering sector. This role is vital in driving the companys global growth strategy and expanding its presence in new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Lead Generation
- Make Outbound Calls to targeted list of prospects. Email outreach Networking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English).
- Manage and update the companys CRM system with relevant international business data.
- Should have worked in International Sales for at least 3 years preferably in BPO/KPO/IT/Software industry.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the companys international business presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Prepare and present international business proposals contracts and agreements.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration OR International Business OR Marketing OR BE/B.TECH(Civil Or Mech)/BE/B.TECH(IT or Computer Science)
- Proven experience in international business development
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in a multicultural business environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
