Preferredqualifications : • BA / BS degree or equivalent practicalexperience. • Experience troubleshooting issuesfor two or more operating systems, ie. Linux, Mac, Windows desktopenvironments • Experience troubleshooting withapplications and in a networkedenvironment. • Experience with scriptinglanguages (i.e. Python). • Excellent customerservice, organizational, prioritization, multitasking,communication, and leadershipskills.
