Junior HR Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior HR Assistant for our client who is developing an HR and financial services platform. You will support their HR department with administrative and operational tasks. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Process and enter confidential candidate information.
• Schedule onsite interviews with sameday turnaround.
• Communicate professionally via email with candidates and managers.
• Assist with general recruitment inquiries.
• Manage candidate expenses.
• Perform administrative and recruitment operation tasks.

Basic Qualifications:

• Knowledge of scheduling and calendar management is a plus.

Other Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience communicating with all organizational levels.
• Selfstarter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
