They are looking for a dedicated Senior Inhouse Recruiter tasked with significantly advancing our recruiting team. Together they aim to build a modern and efficient recruitment organization aligned with the companies goals.
Tasks
- Take charge of the inhouse recruiting team fostering the individual development of each team member and strengthening team spirit.
- Lead the team in developing modern and innovative recruiting approaches that meet both the current needs and future challenges.
- Analyze and optimize existing recruiting processes and tools including the effective use of their HCM software Workday.
- Work closely with various departments and our internal business units to implement our employer branding roadmap.
- Actively participate as a recruiter and support line managers as a sparring partner throughout the personnel selection process. (20% of the time)
Requirements
- Extensive experience in inhouse recruiting
- Fluency in German
- Proven experience in leading teams or possessing the strategic and conceptual understanding to successfully lead and develop a team.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in recruiting with experience in implementing effective strategies and sourcing models.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels and promote collaboration between departments and business units.
- Capable of analyzing processes developing strategic solutions and successfully implementing them.
