Enova is looking for a Senior Business Manager willing to start their own Business Unit within our Zurich offices!

You will develop and manage your own Business Unit by handling the following activities:

• Defining and implementing growth strategies in the information technology engineering and life sciences sectors.
• Developing your network and your customer portfolio
• Recruiting the best talents
• Managing the projects and careers of your consultants

With the trainings and support of Senior Managers you will bring your Sales and Management skills to the next level!

Requirements

• Graduated from a Bachelor / Master Business or Engineering School
• You have 23 years minimum of experience in Business Development ideally in IT Consulting
• You are comfortable with cold acquisition
• You are an outgoing person and love interacting with people
• You speak English and German Swiss German is a big plus
• You are motivated to join a dynamic young team
