Key Responsibilities:
Assist HR team in strategic planning and decisionmaking by providing datadriven insights and recommendations.
Prepare materials for executive presentations and meetings
Manage and prioritize multiple projects ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Support HR operations in managing routine activities while ensuring effective payroll operations and compliances
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular audits and validation processes.
Enhance data collection procedures to include relevant information for building analytic systems.
Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Support in administration of training programs
Assist in the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
35 Years Experience in HR analytics or a similar role with a sound understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Advanced proficiency in tools like Excel.
Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
