Job Description
- Develop and execute high-quality copy for various digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and campaigns, in both English and Arabic.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy that guides users through our digital products and helps them achieve their goals.
- Ensure all content is consistent with our Design System, brand voice and tone, and adheres to best practices for digital writing.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content strategy, digital content standards, and guidelines that includes information architecture, information design, taxonomy, labels, and terminology for web and app interfaces.
- Apply principles of information architecture to create structured and intuitive navigation, content hierarchies, labels, and terminologies
- Craft intuitive and consistent labels, terminology that enhance user understanding and interaction.
- Review and edit copy produced by the team, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and adherence to Design System and Content Guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of written content, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
