Sales Officer - Dairy Feed

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping assessment and reskilling services with training to companies. We are looking for a Dairy Feed Sales Officer for an important client in the agricultural sector. You will support the team with facetoface and remote sales to new and existing customers appointing new distributors selling directly or indirectly through various sales channels for your assigned territory. In this position you will help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products services and solutions to farmers.

Location:Karnataka India

Functions

1. Help develop advice and deliver sales bids proposals presentations and participate in conducting product demonstrations.
2. Help identify and contact prospective customers mainly farmers.
3. Build customer relationships that help generate future sales and repeat business.
4. Apply broad theoretical job knowledge to sell directly to customers.
5. Handle complex clerical administrative technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in driving business growth expanding geographic reach and enhancing profitability in the designated territory.
2. Demonstrated ability in managing distributor sales particularly in rural areas.
3. 13 years of relevant experience required.
4. Minimum 1 year of experience in Dairy/Cattle Feed Sales specifically in Karnataka.
5. Agriculture experience is also considered relevant for diversity candidates.
