Lead the Sprint Vision Sprint planning Reviews and Sprint retrospectives.

Ensuring effective CI/CD implementation.

Jira Tool Setting up and maintaining SCRUM dashboards in Jira Collected and presented weekly Scrum Metrics to management.

Weekly metrics include Effort Burndown charts velocity charts release plans & vision team updates.

Facilitate discussion decision making and conflict resolutions.

Allocating work creating tasks using project management tool Jira and ensuring that all tasks are closed in a timely manner.

Protect the team from Over committed of user stories and Scope Creep.

Ability to engage and motivate teams towards a common goal.
