Job Description
Plan supervise & coordinate all the Mechanical operational and maintenance activities of Packing plant of line I & II clinker loading system to maximize the plant availability. Cost control: Monitor & control cost of all the maintenance activities of Packing Plant of Line1 and Clinker loading section as per budget in order to optimize maintenance cost. Cost control: Monitor & control cost of all the maintenance activities of Packing Plant of Line1 and Clinker loading section as per budget in order to optimize maintenance cost. * Plant rounds for monitoring equipment monitoring concept conditions and identify abnormalities. * Planning & Scheduling weekly major shutdowns & regular maintenance activities * Supervise execution of maintenance activities. * Analysis of breakdowns & take corrective actions. * Organize manpower & material required * Develop SAP data for all maint. activities under taken
