Position: Customer Service Executive (CSE) / Customer Service Manager (CSM) Casa (Current Accounts and Savings Accounts) and Insurance Sales in the Open Market.

Location: Panchkula Ambala Yamunanagar Kurukshetra (Haryana India).

Job Description:

• As a Customer Service Executive or Manager your primary responsibilities will revolve around customer service and sales within the banking (Casa) and insurance sectors.
• You will be engaging with customers handling inquiries providing assistance with banking products (like current accounts and savings accounts) and potentially offering insurance products.
• The role involves interacting directly with customers to address their needs resolve issues and promote relevant financial products.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive compensation package with a salary of up to 4 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum) depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• This opportunity is suitable for freshers or individuals with entrylevel experience in customer service sales or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and a customerfocused approach are essential.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and insurance would be beneficial but not mandatory.
• Graduation is must.
