Job Description:
- As a Customer Service Executive or Manager your primary responsibilities will revolve around customer service and sales within the banking (Casa) and insurance sectors.
- You will be engaging with customers handling inquiries providing assistance with banking products (like current accounts and savings accounts) and potentially offering insurance products.
- The role involves interacting directly with customers to address their needs resolve issues and promote relevant financial products.

Qualifications and Skills:
