Position: Product Owner SQL

Working Arrangement: Full WFO Jaktim

Job Description:
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment withbusiness goals.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features andenhancements.
Gather and analyze product requirements from stakeholders customers andmarket research.
Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with engineering design and other teams to ensure successfulproduct development and delivery.
Prioritize the product backlog based on business value customer needs andtechnical feasibility.
Create and maintain detailed documentation including product specificationsuser stories and acceptance criteria.
Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the developmentteam.
Communicate product updates timelines and progress to stakeholders.
Facilitate regular product review meetings and sprint planning sessions.
Work closely with QA teams to ensure products meet quality standards andperformance criteria.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate onproduct improvements.
Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitivelandscape.
Use insights to inform product strategy and differentiate our offerings.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or arelated field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role inproduct management.
Proven experience in SQL and database management.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Trello).
Familiarity with product management tools and software.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to makedatadriven decisions.
Ability to understand technical challenges and work with engineering teams tofind solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to clearly articulate product requirements and specifications to bothtechnical and nontechnical audiences.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
A team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
