Our client is nancial services across investment banking securities and investment management
Responsibilty:
- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
- Using computerised systems to access the details of customers.
- Makin finace report of client
- Handling customer complaints
- Referring customers to individuals qualified to offer and sell regulated financial products.
Requirement :
- Knowledge SAP
- Has experience min 1 year
- Bachelor degree of Accounting / Finance/ Business Management / Administration
Good communication
