Position: Growth Launcher UAE - East West Africa UAE Remote Responsibilities • Buildtrust-based relationships with diaspora communities throughin-person and online communication • Conductcustomer research with transfer senders on a regularbasis • Initiate, negotiate and buildpartnerships with community associations andorganizations • Set up offline and onlineadvertising campaigns Source and lead communityambassadorsRequirements • 2-5+ years in a high-growth environment such as marketing,consulting, startups / entrepreneurship, and muchmore • Based in the UAE • Exceptional knowledge and networks in the diaspora or ability toquickly build them • Fluent in English and Swahili • Business development/sales/marketingbackground is a strong plus Youare • Outgoing – you love speaking topeople and enjoy building meaningful relationships with customersand community members across cultures • Execution oriented – we are an early-stage startup withan “impact-first” philosophy and a lot to bedone you should be able to take an idea toimplementation • Mission-oriented - you arepassionate about working with immigrant communities and/orfinancial inclusion • Driven - you thrive infast-paced, target-oriented, dynamicenvironments • Strategic - you make reasoneddecisions based on available data and communicate your ideas in astructured way • Flexible - you are comfortablesetting your working hours to accomplish your goals, including workcommitments on nights and weekends (e.g. events or customermeetings) • Organized - you have a system forhow you approach your work that can keep you on track in a spystartup environment
