Job Description
- Owns the product roadmap for each product, including prioritization based on business impact and growth potential
- Focuses on understanding and articulating key value propositions for users that also deliver value to the business
- Develops and maintains productive relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, employees, peers, and IT service providers; influences and facilitates agreements for mutual benefit
- Provides strong organizational leadership in an environment of frequently changing priorities, high pressure decision making, and high customer expectations.
- Collaborates across IT and with business function counterparts, responsible for the successful integration of a variety of systems, platforms, and architectures.
- Acts as the initial point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by the team. Capable of effectively triaging and de-escalating issues with impacted parties
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
