Description du poste


En tant que superviseur dune quipe talentueuse vous serez responsable de faonner et dexcuter de majeures campagnes publicitaires efficaces. Votre travail consistera identifier et atteindre les publics cibles les insights pertinents ainsi qu valuer le succs des campagnes pour nos clients. Vous serez aussi charg de superviser au quotidien et coacher au besoin une quipe pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des diffrentes campagnes leur charge.

Responsabilits


Stratgie et planification mdia:

Collecter et analyser les donnes de march pour en rcolter des insights pertinents;
Identifier les publics cibles et comprendre leur comportement et leurs habitudes;
Dterminer le meilleur mix de mdias pour nos campagnes;
Optimiser les campagnes publicitaires en fonction de lexposition gographique de la frquence des dures etc.;
Allouer les budgets et surveiller les cots;
Suivre les tendances des mdias en ligne et hors ligne (missions de tlvision magazines blogs programmes de radio) toujours se tenir jour sur les nouveaux mdias;
valuer le succs des stratgies et des campagnes mdiatiques.

Supervision dquipe:

Supporter les membres de lquipe dans lexercice de leurs fonctions de stratges mdias;
Contribuer la formation continue des de lquipe stratgique;
Grer la charge de travail des quipes dans le quotidien (animation des statuts hebdomadaire dquipe touchbase avec les membres de lquipe);
Amliorer les processus de travail de lquipe pour gnrer plus de valeur ajoute pour lexpertise stratgique.

Exigences


3 5 ans dexprience (ou plus) dans la planification travers tous les canaux mdiatiques nationaux;
1 2 ans dexprience en supervision dquipe un atout;
Un diplme de bachelier en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe;
Exprience avec les outils de planification (Vividata Comscore NLogic etc.);
Bonne comprhension du SEM de la programmatique des mdias sociaux payants;
Connaissance avance des meilleures pratiques doptimisation;
Exprience avec Google Analytics ou Adobe Analytics un atout;
Connaissance de base des plateformes de gestion de donnes (DMPs);
Matrise dExcel de Microsoft Office et de Google;
Exprience dans les institutions financires (atout);
Bilingue (anglais franais).

Job Description


As a supervisor of a talented team you will be responsible for shaping and executing major effective advertising campaigns. Your job will involve identifying and reaching target audiences gathering relevant insights and evaluating the success of campaigns for our clients. You will also be responsible for supervising and coaching a team on a daily basis to ensure the smooth operation of various campaigns under their charge.

Responsibilities


Strategy and Media Planning:

Collect and analyze market data to gather relevant insights;
Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits;
Determine the best media mix for our campaigns;
Optimize advertising campaigns based on geographic exposure frequency durations etc.;
Allocate budgets and monitor costs;
Follow online and offline media trends (TV shows magazines blogs radio programs) always staying updated on new media;
Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns.

Team Supervision:

Support team members in performing their media strategist functions;
Contribute to the ongoing training of the strategic team;
Manage the teams daily workload (animate weekly team status meetings touch base with team members);
Improve the teams work processes to generate more added value for strategic expertise.

Requirements


3 to 5 years (or more) of experience in planning across all national media channels;
1 to 2 years of experience in team supervision is an asset;
A bachelors degree in marketing or a related field;
Experience with planning tools (Vividata Comscore NLogic etc.);
Good understanding of SEM programmatic and paid social media;
Advanced knowledge of best optimization practices;
Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is an asset;
Basic knowledge of data management platforms (DMPs);
Proficiency in Excel Microsoft Office and Google;
Experience in financial institutions (asset);
Bilingual (English French).
