In this role you will be responsible to drive service sales processes in collaboration with the service sales Manager and/or Service Manager. Generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated area(s). Focus on installed base penetration (IB) and sell the entire service product portfolio in collaboration with other ABB service units. Build long term customer relationships and ensure immediate response to specific customer needs and issues. The work model for this role (onsite) This role is contributing to Electrification Business Area based in Muscat Oman. You will be mainly accountable for: MV & LV electrical networks including Switchgears Protection Relays etc. Identifying customer needs and positioning Digital Portfolio solutions which add value to the customer assets. Understanding the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices and preparing sales plans reviewing them and proposing recovery plan(s) when needed. Regularly updating installed base in ServIS (the approved Service database) with the changes made at site. Generating opportunities and meeting the assigned sales targets. Utilizing IB database and understanding the existing installed base (IB) and identifying and developing sales opportunities for service products and solutions penetrating the existing IB/new IBs in the market and promoting various upgrade retrofit and value add solutions to the benefit of the customer and ABB. Focusing on the entire service portfolio securing profit for assigned business/product groups. Owning and implementing electrification service (ELSE) sales strategies ensuring sustainable growth in orders and profitability (Future projections). Accounting and segmenting focus approach positioning advanced services replacements retrofits & upgrades installation and commissioning service workshop offerings spare parts SLAs (Service level agreements) energy efficiency digital solutions customer training etc. Ensuring that all related activities meet legal and ethical compliance requirements are in accordance with overall company policies & procedures are conducted with employee safety as a priority and are aligned with the organizations goals and objectives. Generating service sales leads and developing new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios. Establishing long term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and applicable regulations and demonstrating indepth technical service product/solutions knowledge to promote Life cycle Management (LCM). Registering customer feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Planning and performing the right number of weekly sales visits reporting them on SFDC. Reporting leads/opportunities managing and updating pipeline in SFDC. Selling entire service product portfolio expanding ABB footprint in the designated area(s). Ensuring 95% accurate forecasting of orders. Organizing customized technical events to improve ABBs acceptability with endusers.
