Job Description
- Responsible for processing day to day activities (handle Henkel accounts' receivable in relation to customers' accounts, ensure cleared customer's accounts) and Monthly Closing
- Supports his/her team in specific tasks related to the countries in his/her responsibility
- Handles assigned tasks and projects
- Steers continuous Improvement projects within the area of OTC
- Achieves the KPIs target defined for the process
- Maintains good communication with stakeholders to establish a relationship & improve perception of service performance & quality
