Sourcing Specialist - Remote

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent from various platforms and ensuring they are scheduled for interviews with the recruiter. If you have a passion for sourcing and a knack for using different tools and strategies to engage potential candidates we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing platforms including online groups Indeed LinkedIn Upwork and other relevant platforms.

• Stay active in professional groups and forums to source qualified candidates.

• Present a pipeline of qualified candidates to the recruiter on a weekly basis.

• Master the use of relevant systems and tools maintaining accuracy in updating candidate information and statuses.

• Schedule candidates for interviews with the recruiter promptly.

• Communicate clearly with candidates about their interview schedules.

• Foster prompt and effective communication with candidates and management.

• Continuously improve sourcing strategies based on feedback and results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.

• Strong proficiency in using various sourcing platforms and tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

• Ability to work in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.

• Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications.

• Flexibility to attend meetings held between 6:00 pm9:00 pm Pacific Time due to distributed team members.
