Job Description
Summary of the Role: As a ClickUp Specialist you will be responsible for building and customizing ClickUp instances tailored to the specific needs of our service lines and delivery centers. You will play a key role in creating and implementing methodologies program implementation checklists and spaces within ClickUp. This role requires collaboration with various departments to optimize workflows ensure project efficiency and provide ongoing support and training to team members.
- Build ClickUp instances and customize them to meet the needs of various departments
- Create and manage project templates automation and custom views
- Train team members on ClickUp best practices and provide ongoing support
- Develop and implement workflows that optimize efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze the performance of ClickUp to ensure it aligns with our business needs
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise and liaise with ClickUp support as necessary
- Maintain uptodate documentation on processes and best practices within ClickUp
- Collaborate with team leads to gather requirements and translate them into ClickUp tasks and projects
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a ClickUp Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of ClickUp s features including task management timelines automations and reporting
- Experience in project management or process optimization
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support team members
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with other project management tools is a plus
- Ability to work during US hours particularly EST
- Able to work in an onsite setting
