• Design and implement comprehensive elearning courses tailored to organizational needs.
• Manage training budgets efficiently to maximize resources.
• Provide training and development opportunities that contribute to company success.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across all levels.
• Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience in Learning & Development and Training.
• Ability to design and develop elearning courses.
• Strong budget management skills related to training expenditures.
• Experience in L&D content development and module development.
• Previous work experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to manage L&D initiatives for both white collar and blue collar staff.
