Associate Analyst - EPM

Associate Analyst EPM support (contractor position)
**Responsibilities: **
Responsible for administering assigned activities into key global management reporting systems
mainly ENCORE FCSS
Coordinate activities and communicate effectively with Eaton ITs DBA group and programmers
customers and their staff as well as other finance organizations
Perform daily and monthend activities investigating any variances and reporting the same.
Work on resolving IT tickets assigned to the queue within reasonable TAT.
Perform system testing troubleshooting and debugging to identify and resolve issues in a timely
manner.
**Qualifications: **
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Finance or related field.
Proven experience as a support analyst or similar role with specific expertise in working with ENCORE
system or any Longview systems/EPM Cloud systems etc.
Experience with system testing debugging and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into
technical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross
functional teams.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications: **
Basic knowledge of Longview systems. Any specific certification in this area would be a plus.
